Performance Support Integration Protocol · Step 6 — Design
PSIP™ v1.0
Tool 6 of 7 · Step 6 — Design
Purpose: Define owner, trigger events, review cadence, and decommission process for every support resource before it is published. This is a publication gate — not optional. Outdated performance support actively directs practitioners toward wrong actions.
Publication gate: No support resource is published without a named owner, trigger event list, scheduled review cadence, and decommission process. Outdated support actively harms performance by directing practitioners toward wrong actions with the authority of an official resource.

Ecosystem Audit Schedule Quarterly audit of the full support ecosystem
Quarterly audits prevent quiet degradation — resources becoming outdated, owners leaving the organization, trigger events occurring without triggering a review. This is distinct from the per-resource review cadence.
Maintenance Log Template Copy this template for each published resource — log every review
Maintain one log per resource. This provides traceability when practitioners report errors and enables the ecosystem audit to confirm review compliance.
