Workflow Moment Classification
Three categories:
• Train & internalize: Must be available immediately and reliably in variable, time-pressured contexts. Formal learning with deliberate practice required; support is supplementary.
• Train & support: Training builds the mental model; performance support is needed during early application. Both are required.
• Support only: Practitioners need this on demand but do not need to internalize it. Performance support is the primary intervention.
